Shipping
We use New Zealand Post for shipping. Our box sets are charged at $20.00 and everything else is flat rate of $10.00

Returns
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law because customer satisfaction including respecting your privacy is very important to us.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

1. Due to the nature of the product being provided, and hygiene issues we generally do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds except:
-Where goods are damaged during transit
-Errors by us during preparation and shipping such as incorrect qty, and/or incorrect item shipped.

Our company reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

2. Under no circumstances does our company accept the return of items from the following categories, due to change of mind reasons:
- Opened Herbs
- Custom orders

Note: In order to process your return we may, at our discretion, request and record Identification documents and/or personal information, purely to ensure the accurate processing of any returns/exchanges or refunds owed to you. Any personal information you provide will be managed with a high degree of privacy and confidentiality
